What are Brain Foods?
I remember when my son was three years old and we used to play a game by describing to him what types of food he was eating for which particular function. Such as fish was brain food, meat was a muscle food etc. As a matter of fact I am sure most people have heard throughout their lives that fish was a brain food. What does this really mean.
